Guess Why I love Bags

Some girls like make ups, some girls like shoes, some girls like jewelry, and me? I consider bags as woman’s bestfriend. I never told anyone before but I look a person through her bag. Of how she carry it, of how it complements her get-up, of how clean is it, how she choose that bag on that occasion. I don’t know why but I look at bags as identity and personality. If you have a dirty bag, it could happen that you travelled from somewhere unpleasant. It’s just a simple logic. If you have a signature bag like hermes, might as well you’re the wife/relatives of a politician (Philipppines) or an actress.  Whoa that should’nt be right but I cannot stop my inner voice. I look at bags as an item that completes a get-up and sometimes it will tell you who you are.

Some girls have all the luck to have bags they like but in my case, it’s rare that I can get what I want as my budget is super limited. I don’t splurge in shopping, I don’t even indulge to expensive pampering. I get happiness in simple things, in simple ways. This is the reason why my heart jumped when I saw a guess bag in my house!

Whenever I went to a mall, expect that my eyes will be drawn to bags. I enjoy looking and caressing them. If they are made by leather, polyvinyls, etc. If I cannot inspect bags, I’ll just stare at their glitters and colors and walk away.

One of the bag producers I really admire is Guess. I find their bags classical with true beauty (everytime I looked at a distance), high quality, presentable, fashionable, epitomes elegance and grace.

I don’t know where I got my affection for bags came from and started. I just remembered that when I was a kid, it’s very important for me to carry my wallet. That might be the start of all. Plus my mother used to sew bags for me. Lucky if I can find pictures of me carrying a bag as a kid. I’ll show it if I can find one haha.

The real thing I wanted to say here is that I FINALLY HAVE A GUESS BAG!:) Thanks to the  spoiler bf and my friend Joan. It’s quite small and cannot be expanded if you try to put in more stuff. The embossed outside cover is smooth to touch. The strong silver print in the folding of the bag adds glamor to it.( Silver hardware; silver Guess logo embellished with rhinestones). The material used is Faux patent leather. Hayy I cannot explain the feeling when I got it. It’s like a dream bag for me before I die. Yeah that’s how shallow I am sometimes hehe. Simple things do make me happy. So what’s yours?
